Dodge Travco

.



The Travco motorhome was an aerodynamic Class A Recreational Vehicle built on a Dodge motorhome chassis from 1965 until the late 1980s. The Travco design originally emerged as a 1961 model called the "DodgeFrank Motor Home" and marketed with the assistance of the Chrysler Corporation, who were the makers of its chassis. One hundred thirty one were produced the first year, with an average price tag of $9000. The Travco/Dodge Motor Home design and fiberglass body were refinements by Ray Frank to the original Frank Motor Home, a conventional box-type design based on the Dodge chassis and built in Brown City, Michigan from 1958-1962.

It’s a collaboration with Shaw Speed, the custom workshop owned by a top UK Harley-Davidson dealer. Shaw Speed boss Steve Willis took a liking to Rough Crafts’ builds, and contacted Yeh in Taiwan to see if he could distribute Rough Crafts parts in the Europe. “The interest in Rough Crafts has been incredible,” says Willis. “And it’s great to do a bike that has been motivated by a designer thousands of miles away”.

Michael Bastian

Michael Bastian is an American fashion designer born in 1965 in Lyons, New York. After graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, he moved to New York City, where his first job was as an Assistant Buyer at Abraham & Strauss. This was followed by positions within Sotheby’s, Tiffany & Co., Polo Ralph Lauren, and most recently, Bergdorf Goodman, where he was the men’s fashion director for five years. It was this experience that led Bastian to launch in 2006 his own men’s wear line. Bastian is a resident of New York City.

Mario Andretti is a retired Italian American world champion racing driver, one of the most successful Americans in the history of the sport. He is one of only two drivers to win races in Formula One, IndyCar, World Sportscar Championship and NASCAR (the other being Dan Gurney). He also won races in midget cars, sprint cars, and drag racing.

Triumph Bonneville

1977 Triumph Bonneville 750 T-140V "Second Chance" by Mike - Griffin, Indiana

The T140 was developed from the earlier 650 cc (40 cu in) T120 Bonneville and was produced by Triumph in a number of versions, including limited editions, from 1973 until 1983 when the company was declared bankrupt. Licensed production of the T140 Bonneville was continued by Les Harris between 1985 and 1988 at Newton Abbot in Devon, these machines became known as 'Harris' or 'Devon' Bonnevilles.
