After Burt Monro and the World fastest Indian here is Stuart Jenkinson and the World longest-ride Vincent.
Stuart Jenkinson first experience with Vincents was with a Series B Rapide, which he bought in 1949, and for two years he was the fastest guy on wheels in the North East of England. Retired chemistry lecturer Stuart bought his 1000cc Vincent Black Prince new in 1955 and has rebuilt the bike three times in the time he has owned it.

The second Vincent unit lasted 100,000 miles.
The third Vincent unit lasted 135,000 miles.
The next Alpha unit lasted 340,000 miles.
The current Alpha unit has been in for 85,000 miles so far.
