By trade, the guy who owns this bike is a cabinet maker/woodworker. On an English Wheel, he made the knee indentations on his fuel tank and a few other custom mods.

Anna Lee Fisher

Anna Lee Tingle Fisher is an American chemist and a NASA astronaut. Formerly married to fellow astronaut Bill Fisher, and the mother of two children, in 1984 she became the first mother in space. Currently one of the oldest active American astronauts, in her long career at NASA she has been involved with three major programs: the Space Shuttle, the International Space Station and the Orion project.

Hashima Island

Hashima Island is one among 505 uninhabited islands in Nagasaki Prefecture about 15 kilometers (9 miles) from Nagasaki itself. The island was populated from 1887 to 1974 as a coal mining facility. The island's most notable features are the abandoned and undisturbed concrete apartment buildings and the surrounding sea wall. The island has been administered as part of Nagasaki city since the merger of the former town of Takashima in 2005.

Franck's 1961 BSA Goldstar

Much has been written about the BSA Gold Star. My 1961 Clubman’s model Gold Star has been developed for competitions in road and short circuit events. I found these last year in France. It's an original 1961 model. The DBD34 has never been restored and the machine is in Original trim except the Bacon Slicers on the front wheel. Very pleasant to ride, start easily (When you know how it starts) 499 cm3 single - Bore and Stroke : 85X88 42hp /6500 Piston 8.75/1 Front Brake : 190 mm RRT2 gearbox Original Dunlop alloy Rim - Lyta alloy petrol tank (18Liters) Weight : aprox 180 kg 38 mm Amal MK2 Carb for an easy start instead of the Amal GP.

1952 Pan from Kirk Woodring

A few days ago Kirk sent me this email with another great picture of his 52 Pan.

I was glad to see a picture of my 52 pan I had back in the day. It was a beautiful bike. But I'm curious how it ended up on your site. Glad it did, but the picture I use regularly is of the right hand side of the bike and I can't recall having a left hand side picture of it.
