XL1200 Cross by Shaw Speed & Custom
.
XL1200 Cross by Shaw Speed & Custom. The ethos of the bike was to keep the bike minimalist and competition like, to the point that the bikes runs a day only MOT and therefore there is no headlight or indicators but does run a stop and tailight on the nearside.

Triumph Motorcycles Police
.
Of the British manufacturers themselves, Triumph motorcycles, built at Meriden, were used by many British (including the Metropolitan Police) and Commonwealth police forces until 1983 when the factory closed. From the late 1940s, Triumph was also, for a time, the choice of the Parisian police, a fact promoted in a factory-produced movie, It's A Triumph !. The police version of the 650cc 6T Triumph Thunderbird was nicknamed the SAINT, an acronym of "Stops Anything In No Time". By the mid-1970s, with industrial problems and closures affecting their spares supply and service, Triumphs and other British marques were increasingly replaced by the smoother BMW R80 (and to a more limited extent, Norton Interpols) than by then-current Triumph police bikes.

Moto Guzzi V7
.
A couple of a nice Moto Guzzi V7 pictures sent by my friend Wayne Kogan he took in Biella, Italy. The V7 Sport was introduced in 1971, after Guzzi engineer Lino Tonti had produced a new frame to house a new 90-degree transverse V-twin motor developed from that of the less racy V7 Special.

Randall Made Knives
.
For over 60 years, Randall knives have been the best known handmade knives in the world. No two Randall Made™ knives are exactly alike, for no jigs or patterns are used in their final construction. Large scale commercial production with this kind of attention to detail is not feasible and that's why knives of this unique quality are not widely available.
