That Man From Rio (French: L'Homme de Rio) is a popular 1964 adventure film, directed by Philippe de Broca and starring Jean-Paul Belmondo and Françoise Dorléac, the sister of Catherine Deneuve. Concidentally, Belmondo would later star with Deneuve in the 1969 film Mississippi Mermaid, also a United Artists film.
This fast-moving spoof of Bond-type movies features striking location photography of Rio de Janeiro, Oscar Niemeyer's nascent Brasília and Paris of the time.
