I was wandering around Buffalo in the summer of '82 while attending the New York State Summer School of the Arts as a Film/Media/Photography student. I had been riding dirt bikes since I was 12 and just got my motorcycle license the previous year. When I saw these guys riding around Buffalo I was fascinated because they were not projecting the typical motorcycle gang attitude. On top of that, they were riding Japanese bikes and I was a big Honda fan. By pure coincidence I happened upon their club house and I asked permission to take some pics. They were very friendly and even invited me inside. Unfortunately it was pretty dark in there and I had no flash with me so this is one of the few photos I have.
