Introduced in 1926 as a baby brother to the SS100 it was, in my opinion, the most attractive (still containing the classic silhouette of the overhead valve JAP engine and distinctive broad-nosed, wedge-profiled, saddle tanks) and manageable (not quite as ridiculously long as it siblings in the BS stable) Brough produced.
Smaller and lighter than the SS100 but still with excellent performance, this is today a very desirable machine, as was proved by a result of £98,000 achieved by one at auction recently in the UK.

the bike looks good. And good for Nicholas and the previous owners for putting 90,002 miles on it! Ride 'em like the makers intended.
