Jerôme, Ice Cream Resilient

Here are some lines that speak a little of my background and my work ...


- From small beginnings in journalism
- Ten years in the communication event as a designer
- The desire to make the creation differently
- The breaking through the ice "Rainforest Australia"
- The idea: develop the product 'ice cream' and propose a product of French exception
- Early training at Lenôtre, then a year of research solo
- Creation of a club for fans of ice cream & Melbourne (it's called so Olala). Creating custom collections.
- Opening a bar in Biarritz in 2006:
Variation of small collections of perfumes & ice cream over the seasons and my inspiration for the general public.

My creations come to me through my life, my meetings, my travels ...
No pressure, no record of quantity, only swing frozen damnation, twister and customized flavors all at the right temperature!
