HD 750 WLA

1945, Harley-Davidson has produced approximately 88,000 WLA and WLC during the Second World War spread among different allied forces including the Red Army (designation: WSR). The stock of parts used to build as many as 30,000 motorcycles complete! It is estimated that the USSR has received almost 30,000 WLA.
In November 1945, the War Production Board (Office of the war effort) authorizes Harley Davidson to resume civilian production limited to 6000 unités.Pour memory, the 750 civilian side are termed "WL".
