Le Corbusier in Mallorca

The Official College of Architects of Islands is keeping track of Charles Edouard Jeanneret-Gris, better known as Le Corbusier (1887-1965) visit on the island in March 1932, considered the father of modern architecture and one of most influential practitioners of the twentieth century. The intention is to gather all possible information regarding the residence of the Swiss architect naturalized French in Majorca, and more specifically in Hotel Formentor Pollença, to show the public in an exhibition that combines photographs, drawings, newspaper clippings and telegrams relating to the famous rationalist architect.
