The Banbury Run

.

By our guest contributor : Nicholas Biebuyck

Run annually in June, the Banbury Run is probably the largest gathering of pre 1931 motorcycles in the world with approximately 600 machines and people coming from as far away as Australia to take part.
This year is the 63rd running of the event, taking place on the 19th June 2011, and will be my first time riding in the fixture, which I will be doing on a 1928 AJS K8.

You're riding a 28 Ajay? Congratulations! You'll have a hell of a time. Should be no trouble to get up Sunrising hill on that one. Be sure to snap a bunch of photos for us.

ciao,
Pete
