Koehler-Escoffier is a French motorcycle brand, founded by Marcel Escoffier and Julius Koehler, a former mechanic at Magnat-Debon, founded in 1912. She takes over from Escoffier brand, founded in 1911. The brand built an engine known as the mandolin, a 500 cc V-twin tumbled. Jules Escoffier died in 1914.
