Octogenarian saddles up for 10,000-kilometre motorcycle adventure

Gill Yarrow is hopping aboard his Norton Commander in July to ride to the International Norton Owners Association rally in North Carolina. Age is, the saying goes, just a number, and for octogenarian Gil Yarrow, the only numbers he really concerns himself with are the ones in front of cc’s (as in cubic centimetres). Digits likes 850, 900 and 1,100 are what keep the 83-year-old Port Coquitlam man young at heart.

The bike is a Commando, rather than the quoted, "Commander".

Thank you,
